    This is a place to discover yourself: To explore yourself deeply, learn from others and start changing your life towards more balance and peace. Less frantic stress, and more time for joy and connection.

    Expect to use your body, mind and spirit to tap into the intuition necessary to go against the grain and start feeling LIT UP.

    Everyone welcome. Bring your meditation pillow, journal and an open mind!

    Remember to bring a yoga mat or towel! The weather can turn quickly, bring an extra long sleeve or hoodie in case it gets chilly.
